Catch a glimpse of life in historic kitchens and dining rooms through the use of historical recipes from cookbooks, journals, manuscripts, and newspapers to discover a wide range of tastes and flavours. Samples and recipes will be included.

Fort York as Foodie HeavenAbout the presenter: Bridget Wranich is a Program Officer at Fort York National Historic Site and co-ordinates the Historical Foodways Program.   She is a co-founder of the Culinary Historians of Canada and the co-editor of Setting a Fine Table, a collection of favourite recipes served from the Officers’ Kitchens at Fort York.
